How to Purchase

Below we've outlined the steps involved in taking you from your first inquiry through visiting the Island and selecting a lot, to closing the sale. We will be there by your side every step of the process and will provide expert assistance with financing and building issues.

The Purchase Process:

Phone Conference between prospective buyer and Spuhn Island Representative.
- Answer any questions and proceed per agreed time frame to next steps.
Visit for On-site Viewing & Lot Selection
- We will help facilitate travel & accommodations
Introduction to Finance Sources & Builders
- We will provide introductions to potential finance sources if needed and local builders...
Prepare an "Agreement to Purchase and Earnest Money Receipt"
- Deposit of Earnest Monies will be held in the broker’s Trust Account.
Close the transaction following:
- Title Insurance.
- Finance approval
